3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered on the 67pk platform. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all Funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may only hold one (1) registered account on the 67pk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same IP address, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 67pk reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any winnings associated with them.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. 67pk may require you to submit identity verification documents (including a valid government-issued ID such as a CNIC or Passport) before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 67pk platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 67pk makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent 67pk support.
4.2 All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 67pk of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4.4 67pk recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in their account settings for additional security. 67pk shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the player.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 67pk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a player's payment source operates in a different currency, applicable conversion rates and fees are the responsibility of the player's payment provider.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 67pk supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. Specific limits and processing times may vary by payment method.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 67pk targets withdrawal processing times of under ten (10) minutes for verified accounts; however, times may vary during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Real-money funds deposited by the player may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotional terms before they become withdrawable.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 67pk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 67pk reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any account and to delay or withhold payments pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.
6.1 67pk may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
6.3 Bonuses are personal to the player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
6.4 67pk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where 67pk reasonably suspects abuse or where the promotional terms have not been complied with.
6.5 Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time unless expressly indicated otherwise by 67pk.
7.1 All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting section of the 67pk platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player. 67pk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or resulting from a manifest technical malfunction.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure during a live game or betting event, 67pk will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play. Where this is not possible, 67pk reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes to players.
7.4 67pk publishes the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
7.5 Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body. 12.4 67pk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
13.1 67pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the account would pose a legal or reputational risk to 67pk.
13.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, 67pk reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the account. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to an active wagering requirement will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Players may close their account at any time by contacting 67pk support at [email protected]. Closing an account does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to closure.
67pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified by 67pk's licensing authority. 67pk's decision on all gaming-related disputes shall be final and binding, save where the player elects to escalate to the designated alternative dispute resolution provider.
